Great icon :) I love the streaks in the background leading you back in to the subject. And her big happy smile :)
The only thing I notice is that the face seems a bit wide- I'm not familiar with the proportions of her character (it's toucan-based, right?), but it seems as though the beak is at a slightly different angle. Of course as we both know beaks are very hard to get a hold of drawing at such angles... really the best way to deal with them is maquettes I think but that's a lot of work for an icon, lawl.
